Brundage Mountain is seeking an experienced high energy person to join our team as the Director of Sales & Marketing/Assistant General Manager. The Director is a member of the Executive Team which serves to provide general feedback and direction on mountain policy, budgets, and initiatives for the Managing Director and the Brundage Mountain Board of Directors. This position reports to the President/Managing Director of Brundage Mountain.
The Director plays the primary role in the planning, implementation, tracking, and reviewing Brundage Mountain Resort’s marketing initiatives, strategies and campaigns. The Director is also responsible for ensuring strong revenue and sales growth in lift access products (daily/multi-day lift tickets and season passes), group and event sales, ancillary sales in food & beverage, rental & retail, ski & ride school, cat skiing & snowmobiling operations, and the off-site lift-served snow tubing operation. Further responsibilities include oversight of all resort communications, snow reporting, public/media relations, customer satisfaction via net promoter scores, guest services/customer relations and branding perception in the market place. Working closely with the President/Managing Director of Brundage Mountain, the Director of Sales & Marketing/AGM prepares the resort’s yearly plan and budget based upon set goals and objectives and oversees the day to day operations of Brundage.
