Summit Community Care Clinic (SCCC) Â is the only safety-net health care provider in Summit County, Colorado. We offer high-quality primary care, oral health, behavioral health, and reproductive health services to the medically underserved at an affordable cost. We have been recognized locally, state-wide and nationally for our integrated care model, and for the high quality of care that we provide.
Summit Community Care Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center. We serve the uninsured and underinsured members of our local community. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare and  private insurance. Uninsured patients are invited to go through income screening to be eligible for discounted services on a sliding fee scale. Please see the eligibility page for more information.
We offer integrated health services to our patients at a price they can afford. While every patient pays for their care, SCCC works with patients to make sure their health needs are met first and foremost. SCCC knows that healthy people are able to stay in work, provide for their families and contribute to our local community. Fees for services for all patients without insurance are based on income and family size. Patients without insurance will be charged according to a sliding fee scale, based on Federal Povery Guidelines, if deemed income eligible.  Charges for services are based on the patient’s ability to pay and no one is denied services because of an inability to pay.
The Care Clinic is proud to have provided services in Summit County for nearly 24 years. SCCC is a locally formed solution to a growing national need for access to high quality health care services.
